I notice people on RUclips have been looking for this, so here it is. Considering the clips they played during this particular montage was of the characters in different wardrobe (and hair styles), I'm guessing this is actually meant to be faux striptease music.

I just KNEW this commercial would eventually be deleted from RUclips - and it has. Good thing I had the foresight to keep it, because who doesn't enjoy this commercial? It needs to be preserved! No copyright infringement intended; just uploading for posterity.

This is the rare red variant of the then-WSJK/WKOP station ID; it was so rare that I honestly don't know if it ever had its own music, or if it always used the yellow variant music.

The yellow variant wasn't quite as common as the blue in the late 90s, but it became more common in the early 2000s.
